HCI is specialized in cutting with water pressure: cold cutting and water jet cutting. Our SIR certified employees cut using automated machinery and advanced high pressure steel, stainless steel and (armed) concrete. This method allows to work with the least possible amount of sparks. By using water, the risk of explosions reduce considerably.
Our machinery can be adapted such a way that we can meet every specific demand. For example, it is possible to cut under a certain angle. In doing so, a support point is created for possible welding activities which will be executed later.
The mobile automatons/robots of HCI can be programmed to everyone’s desired dimensions. What is left is a clean straight cut without jags.
During the cutting activities, all our employees are located outside ’the line of fire’.
